Default Minimum offset for 17x7 rim on 95 Accord

I'm getting new rims because I hate how my stockers are tucked into the wheelwell. I want more of a broadshouldered look so what is the minimum offset I can go with without rubbing th fenders? And I mean not rubbing fenders around swooping corners too. +40mm seems to be popular with 17x7's. Will this give the car a good stance? Thanks for any help.

I believe the lowest you can go is +30 to +35 the lowest offset you can go on your accord without rubbing. I mean it all depends how slammed your car is also. Another thing when youre buying tires make sure you get the actual width of the tire because the width varies from manufacture to manufacturer especially Federal 595's
