I'm trying to figure out how far i have to hit the main seal in. Does it have to be flush or sort of in a little bit. I messed up on my first one and i bought another one and it seems to be pretty even all the way around but i'm just worried that it isn't in right.

 

The edge of the seal is supposed to be flush with the face of the cover.
