question about shipping
thanks, im just gunna go ahead and scratch that idea alltogether and ask a new question
My dad went to a couple of speacialty shops over there for some small JDM parts like a shift **** and maybe a steering wheel, and they all have told him that it is illegal to sell parts to someone if they dont have the VIN or what ever it is in japan for the car they r putting the part into, now is there anyway to surrpass this by not hypothetically giving them my dads accord vin that i may or may not be putting the parts into. because i want to put them into a civic that i have not bought yet

In Germany they use the VIN to identify the parts you get, so I am sure they will be able to tell by the VIN that it is from an Accord and will give him parts for that vehicle.
