I have a 1994 Honda Accord I just purchased. The Air conditioner / compressor never shuts off, even when the button on the dash is pushed to the off position, or even when the fan switch is turned off. What's interesting to me is that it looks like the 2 fans on the radiator are cycling to me instead of the compressor. I know the fans are to go on and off, but I've never seen fans act like this in any car. It appear that someone has messed with the wiring to all the A/C stuff under the hood. But Could it be that the A/C button on the dash is bad/ stuck on? Help
