The tranny clutch bracket has a O shape to it and then below that is a 12 mm bolt. Do I have to remove that bolt? because when I try to get it off, the whole cable turns too. There is no open space to slide the clutch cable out like there is the throttle cable. Any suggestions?

 

nevermind, i found the place where it slides out.....i'm just blind.
