swapping usdm h22a1 for jdm h22a, which dizzy do i use?
ok, just got my jdm h22a today. my usdm has an external coil but the jdm one has an internal coil. can i just bolt my usdm one to the jdm motor and be good to go?

Yes just use all your exisiting parts, harness, dizzy, intake mani and so on. Since your car is already Vtec its just a basic motor swap 
everything you already have in the car just reuse it ( except the motor 
)
