Awesome bang for the buck, Hankooks; I run the 205/50/15 and 215/45/16. Very sticky, decent treadwear, withstand heat well on the roadcourse. They are actually along the lines of the Azenis but hold heat a little better, the Azenis heat up faster but get greasy faster.
I also really like my BFG KDs but they are stupid expensive....

i've ran the hankook rs2's and honestly, if you daily driver your car and don't track it, then don't buy the rs2's. they wear out waay to fast (10k for me) and you can't even use the full potential of the tires on the street. i've ran them in 215/45/16 and they are great in that size.
i'm now running 205/50/16 yoko avs es100s and they should last much longer and grip PLENTY for the street.

Eh, 10k tells me there was something wrong there. I have about 10k on mine with about 500 track miles in 20-30min sessions and theres still tons of tread left on them.
Can you honestly tell me that after 10k miles on the Hankooks that you needed to buy new tires??? I am looking at getting probably 20-25k miles on these. And the rears will last even longer.
What was the State of Them when you replaced them at 10k miles?
I have had Old Azenis that the fronts were cooked by 10k but that was with some extreme over-heating at track days and they were all chunked up.
I do agree you will never see their full potential on the street though.....
For daily driver tires I will tell you I am a huge fan of my $50 Falken Ziex 205/60/14 on my hatch.

yeah, i drive my tires until i see the cord so i definitely needed to replace them. as for wear, they are wore pretty evenly except for the front left (had a toe problem). that specifically tire was a little worse but that's it. i only got one summer out of them and i've heard others having the same problem.
not sure if it matters but i live in an area with poor roads with a lot of altitude change and bumps. maybe hitting all the bumps causes the the tires to toe more and wear a little faster.
also, i wasn't implying that the rs2's would wear out at 10k for him. i was just stating that paying the price for them isn't worth the little amount of miles you're gonna get from them.

Im running the Hankooks, this is my second summer with them, and I have measured 1/16" of wear off the tires. I also rotate them every oil change(overkill I know but I do it anyways)

I wasn't trying to attack.....I was just curious as to what more details would be.
I live in CHICAGO so yah, our roads are the worst in the country......
I will definitely agree the tires will wear faster.......Stickier tire=Quicker Wear and finding the compromise between the 2 is the hard part.
Im sure these Falken Ziex will last forever but theyre not much for traction.
