i just got hit by a drunk driver 2 weeks ago in my dx and now i'm rocking the hf. i have a zc on a stand waiting for internals and the turbo. i was going to drop the dx tranny and engine in the hf with mpfi. can i use the hf intake manifold? and do i have to change any of the sensors around like the tps wires or the map sensor? thanks

What year is the DX and what year is the HF? 85-87 interchangable, 88-91 interchangable, but not between the two sets, without a lot of changes.
The intake on the HF only allows airflow to 4 of the valves on the head. The DX has 8 valves, with 2 valves/cylinder for intake. The layout and bolting are the same, so you might be able to use the HF on the DX, but it definitely isn't designed for power, so it may be real disappointing for performance.
