What do you mean "broke the metal pipe"?
Which diagram?
A picture would help a lot...

I'm ASSuming he's got a 5th gen:

But without really knowing which pipe you're talking about, if it's the one that's pressurised (#4) - NO, you can't repair it. That pipe sees damn near 1000psi (yes, one thousand).

Yea it is number 4. Sorry didnt know how to post diagram. Well that sux. So I just gotta buy the whole damn thing right?. A 121 dollar mistake. Now that hurts. So for future reference any1 wanna give me any idea how to take it off without breaking it? Do I drop the steering a rack a little before disconnecting? Or twist a little, drop a little, twist a little, drop a little. Any1? I mean im sure there are plenty of 5th gens out there, old ones getting older, steering gears going out, like mine, who still want power steering (for now, unless this car sees the track someday). But I cant find any good advice on removing this hose. Dont know if its on Honda service express, cause i didnt download all the steering info( got everything else, and somehow missed this), and dont want to pay another 20 for 3 days.

For future reference, go to slhondaparts.com, find the diagram you want to post, right-click and go to properties. Highlight the whole URL, copy and then paste it between the image tags.

I don't have any tips or tricks for removing it since I haven't had to do it before.

Just get one from a junkyard. It shouldn't cost you more than 30 bucks.
As for putting the new one in... You shouldn't really have to do much of anything. Make sure it's not connected at the pump, wiggle it into place, start threading the fitting, then connect it to the pump, then finish threading so it's aligned correctly. Shouldn't be tough. I've done it on a few hondas without problems. Maybe your fitting was rusted to the tube, or the tube was just fatigued/rusty.
