Default seat is loose

When I step on the brakes...hard on a down hill slope, my seat slides forward (about 1cm or atleast thats what it feels like).

anyone had this problem?

check it ASAP if you're involved in an accident the bolts could break, that would be very bad

Do you normally drive with your seat all the way back? That is, when it slides forward the 1 cm, do you hear a click and the seat locks into place?

If so I wouldn't worry about it, it is just a little behind the last notch or latch or whatever locks the seat into place. Just get into the habit of scooting your butt forward a little when you get into the car to make sure it's locked in.

double check that the bolts are snuggd down all the way. the seat may be riding up on the bolts, not sliding forward, and you cant make the seat go up and forward at the same time in your driveway. grab the seat and give it a fre good jerks and see if it has any play. If the 4 bolts are tight, then remove the seat and check the slider assembly and check it for loose bolts/excessive wear
