Default Puddering while driving!!

Ok i have a 95 EG with a B18C JDM GSR, Stock P28 ecu... Ive been drivin on this ECU For about 3 months now... No problems until now.. I thought it was the knock sensor.. But i dunno.. I unhooked it.. but its still doing it.. When im in a gear.. I give it alot of gas and it pudders really bad.. then it goes away.. it doesnt do it if i drive lightly... what is this? Water in the intake?? bad knock sensor?? or what..??! I ordered a chipped ECU from Phearable.net could this help me??
