Default naming?...eg?...ek, ej1.. what are they?

I'm sorry i have no idea...its all confusing on the names

I have a 94 civic ex 5 speed 2 door what would it be?

your car would be an eh2 or something,

but the most general and known terms are
ef 88-91 civic
eg 92-95 civic
ek 96-00 civic
da 90-93 integra
db 94-01 teg 4dr
dc 94-01 teg 2dr,

ofcourse then all the "jdm" homos will come in and ethug me for not calling 96-00 civics ej6 and ej8 and em1s,

92-95 civic hatchbacks of all models NOT si are eh2's
92-95 civic hatchback si's are eh3
92-95 civic ex coupes are ej1's

Though peopel do often call all 5th gens EGs and all 6th gens EKs, most of those labels are WRONG. There aren't even any EKs that were sold by Honda in the US. And the only cars that had a real EG code were 5th gen Civic sedans and del Sols.

theyre the chassis code of the vehicle.
