i would start by ripping out that POS ecu and going back to a stock one or have a basemap made for a stock b16. then boost it.
the money spent on a b18c5 is better spent on your current engine.

Boost your B16. Are you adverse to that and want to stay NA for some reason? Boost on your current setup would be cheaper and probably make more sense anyway. There are tons of kits out there if you don't want to peice together your own. Plus, you'd make more power that way, even with little internal modification. I believe around 14 psi or less is safe on a stock B16. Someone please correct me if i'm wrong.
