Default gsr tranny rebuild question/clarification

Hey guys I lost third gear the other day, took out the trans and discovered that center hub in between third and fourth had some pretty serious groves not allowing the sleeve to slide into third. Now my question is that i want to order the parts i need to fix it this week, but i am not sure exactly what to order.

from this picture it looks like #4 will get me what i need as far as 3/4 gear sleeve set, is this right? Also, what else do i need as far as shims, bearings, and seals? I have been searching around but not found a direct answer. Thanks for any help
Also i do have the helms guide to follow and have build motors so I believe i can do it jsut havnt had the experience with trannies yet.

#4 includes 3rd gear. #9 is synchro assembly alone. If you do replace 3rd gear, I would replace the bearing for it as well #18.

shims, bearings, and seals? it's up to you how much you want to replace. I priced out the case seals and bearings to a tune of $200 in parts. I dont think that included diff bearings.
