Default 94 Accord idle speed

I have a 94 accord, it runs about 100 k. What I have found is that the idel speed is quite low, about 500 rpm. I think it is low because when it is warm and on "P", I can feel the vibration on the driving wheel.

I used to drive a collora, it had similar problem. A mechanic worked on it. Actually, he did not fix the problem. Following instruction from a book, I fixed the problem by myself. So, I did not trust the mechanic too much. Sure, a mechanic from Honda dealer may be different.

Could any one help me with accord idle problem? Is there any website for this so that I can do it myself step-by-step?

Thank you very much!!

Thanks.
Do you have any picture about the slotted screw, what is TB? I am sorry, I do not know many of those terms.
Again, thank you very much.

In the picture below you can see the Idle Air Adjustment screw at the 11'o'clock position. Grey sealer on it, counterclockwise to increase air and RPM.
You might also consider cleaning out the throttle plate area with a toothbrush and carb cleaner, possibly the screen at the IACV is plugged up as well.
