Yes, I think you're forgetting something too; like rods, rod bolts, lower compression pistions, rings, head gasket, head work...

i put you at mid 200's depending how good of a tune you are getting. you can run 10 pounds all day long on a good tune. forged internals wouldnt hurt tho if you wanna go bigger and more boost.

dont let the haters get to ya.

with a good tune, how safe would 8 lbs. be on stock b18c1 internals? thats my plan for the summer, besides arp head studs and a cosmetic head gasket..

Need more info on the turbo...what's the trim, A/R?

What dyno? Big difference between a Mustang dyno and a Dynojet.

well i believe the dyno is a dynopack. i plan to run a t3/t4 with or below a .58 trim at no more than 9 psi. i found a buddy club headgasket that will lower my compression to about 9:1 too.

Screw the head gasket. If your tuner is good he'll have NO problems with 10:1. You can see my setup in my sig, but not all that different to yours. I'm not to familiar with that dyno...but you'll probably put down 260 to 280. If it were a dynojet I would say close to 300.

Honestly though, a number is just that, a number. You should be more concerned with just getting a good tune so the motor will last a long time.

You forgot to open a thread to new technical discussion.

Only the dyno will be able to tell you what your setup is capable of... I am sure there are a lot of similar setups here on HT that have posted their results; by using the search feature, access to this wealth of information is at your finger tips. Best of luck with the tune and dyno... and Happy Searching.

First of all I am not rich, I also work for a living...I don't live with my mommy guy..And 2nd just trying to help you, from blowing your engine, because I figured you don't have much cash...If you are trying to run it the way are saying...and to answer your question...I would say 240 or so, depending on the size of your snail, and how much you'll be boosting...Let's not get smart with people who are trying to help!
