Default Honda 97-01 Prelude (SH only) Weapon-R Performance Header

One of the only headers I could find for Type SH that is steel-coated, 4-2-1. Looks good on paper but I don't know about the brand name. Opinions?

Its a header for $245. What do you really expect from it? You most likely will not gain any power at all.....could actually lose power. But it is more bling than your OEM one

The picture looks like not for SH, It's for base. I would say try it. and let me know it's good for h22. Weapon R is familiar to me when it comes of CAI. Hmm I did not know till now they have some headers.

The 07's are getting pretty bad these days......when we started there was so much less info Archived and we still searched before we asked.......
I think I have been told to search less than 5 times since I signed up 5+yrs ago.

The 07s are not nearly as notorious as the reputation of the majority of the people on this forum being self-righteous ******.

Oh, and I appreciate all the positive input. Far be it for me to try and take the short route of asking people who are members of Honda-Tech as opposed to searching for hours on countless accounts of performance-related inquiries.... ??

You're getting crap because you told that guy that his wife needs to shut up on the videos he posted of him tracking his Prelude. That wasn't very nice...

No, it wasn't very nice. And if need be, I apologize. But I highly doubt that has much to do with this topic unless this is such a tightly knit community as you may think. And in which case, "n00bs" (w/numbers ridiculouly identifed in a word) are outside the family. So therefore, posting is strictly negotiated among us because we are simply new to 4-cyl. engines or because we rarely DARE to post... no?

Dude, I honestly help people with 10 or less total posts all the time. Depends on the person and how the question is asked and what the question is, not because you're new. It's just the internet anyway ....

As far as your question, Weapon R is a relatively cheap brand and that header is probably on par with a DC sports or Megan, meaning decent quality (for a while) but not much power gain if that's what you're looking for.

Dude with headers and ESPECIALLY the h series you gotta pay to play. Headers is WHERE YOU MAKE YOUR POWER, smsp and hytech make excellent headers, but you gotta pay the price, well worth it though
