just to clarify what is the difference between saturated and peak n hold?

 

Saturated is (high impedance) or and Peak and Hold is (low impedance),

for 88-91 civic you can use peak and hold injectors for 92-00 honda you have to use saturated ones. But if you can make your OEM ECU to accept low impedance injectors you can use PEak and hold injectors.
