Want more out of my B20 Vtec

I have a B20 Vtec N/A right now, I had it boosted last year but sold kit. Anyways I want a little more pull now. Im running a B16 head. I have a set of GSR cams, would it make a diff to put them in???

kool, what comp ratio should I go with. I just want a daily driver with this motor.
