Need Help with WWRS side skirts!

I recently bought a lip kit for my 5th gen prelude and I need help installing the side skirts. I bought the Wings West RS lip kit used and so it did not come with the L brackets for the side skirts. Does anyone have any other ideas or has anyone installed it any other ways? Any help is welcomed. Thanks

Does anyone know of any good double sided sticky tape for the lip kit? I want something super strong. I know 3M makes a few but I dont know which ones. Any part numbers? Any ideas on what else to use for installation?
