im upgrading from my d16a6 in my crx hf to a non-vtec b18 and im wanting to do an OBD conversion for the tuning, and im new to the whole consept

i know i need to get a new dizzy and a 4 wire O2 sensor and a new ecu, and jumper harness, when i looked for the harness i found myslef wondering ...



what are the collored wires for?, the dizzy and the O2 sensor?

 

when you say OBD conversion I assume you mean OBD1.

Those wires are for vtec sol., butterflies, vtec pressure and the 3 other wires for the o2. I may have forgot some others..

 

im not planning on using vtec, would i just leave those wires un-sed oror might that set off my ses light?

 

unused, only will throw a light if you are using a VTEC ECU
