Default High psi in low psi line. A/C system

A/C stopped blowing cold today in the dx so I picked up a gauge and tested the low psi side and got a huge reading, 110 psi. I'd assume theres a blockage as the compressor does engage. Any info about a common place for a blockage to occur? The low psi line is also very hot...fans do come on.
