NOT GETTING SPARK!!!!
(95 Accord lx) Ok i changed my head gasket a few weeks ago got everything back togeather and now no spark. i went and got a new coil and distributor and still no spark could anyone have any ideas on what else could cause it not to get spark i did a voltage test on coil and distributor. Please help me with this. thank you.
volt test came out fine 12v just like its suppose to get. all plugs are tight. and grounds are good. ran test on ignition switch its fine i have no idea what is causing it. is there anything else someone can think of. thank you
Check fuel injector fuses....... if not try to get some mechanics, they can help you either before trying to have a new honda engine parts for your 95 accord lx.
all my fuses are fine. im going to check my wires that come from the computer to see if anything is flowing though them just to make sure no wires are broken. but if one can think of anything else that would be very helpful. thank you.

Three sensors down inside the distributor (CKP, CYP, & TDC) send signals to the ECU, telling it exactly where the engine is in it's rotational cycle.
Based on that, along with the programmed spark timing maps, the ECU sends a signal to the ICM ("ignitor"), telling it to fire the coil.
If those sensors in the distributor are messed up, the ECU will not send that command resulting in a spark. It ALSO will not fire the fuel injectors... So if the injectors are actually firing, that can rule out those sensors. Got a noid light, or maybe a stethoscope to listen for the injectors?

i have just replased the distributor and the coil tho both brand new. i didnt know thos sensers were in the distributor. learned something new tho. but i think there good if its brand new. and i dont have any wires that go to the thermo houseing there were non when i removed it to change the head gasket and it started before i did that. so i dont know if its grounded somewere else or not and there are no wires that are not to anything under the hood.
Since the distributor is new, those should be OK. But that doesn't mean the wiring from there to the ECU is OK...
There's a bunch of wires attached to one of the closure bolts of the thermostat housing, in all the recent Hondas I've seen. I don't know where else they would have put those wires on a 1995...
