Si gauge cluster wiring help!!!!

Si gauge cluster wiring help!!!!
Ok so i just bought an si gauge cluster but the faces are white and are supose to glow, there are 3 wires 1 coming from each glow gauge can i just splice them to any wire coming into the cluster, or Is there 1 certain wire i should splice into?

They are supposed to connect to an invertor that you wire to the headlights to turn on the gauges. Why don't you remove the faces?
