no vtec? b16a pr3 cel 21 ....help...

as the title says i have no vtec i have a jdm b16a running a pr3 whenever vtec is supposed to kick in (5600) i just get cel 21 vtec spool any input would great thanks.

its either not hooked up, out of spec, or bad ecu

Why don't people understand that B-tak will not work with a CEL?
