Default Project Integra build thread. New and Improved! Now with Pictures

Well I am generally a Civic owner, my current being a 93 Si hatch. I love it but the lower ball joint popped out, stripped the threads out and dropped the nut. The wheel went up through the fender and I'm honestly tired of dealing with the car. So I am buying a GSR shell tomorrow, and putting in my H23 DOHC VTEC swap in the Teg. I am thinking about putting up a post and updating with pics on a regular basis. Anyone interested?

Well I picked it up yesterday. First time driving with a trailer. 95 GSR, 110k miles. JDM Red. I'm pulling the engine tomorrow to give back to the guy that I bought it from. $900 shell. Ugly multispoke chrome rims reminiscent of a Chrysler Sebring. Ugly altezza tail lights. And missing the carpet. But other than that, it's all there. And it's all mine. I'm so excited!

Well the lower ball joint in my Civ popped and it ruined the car. The car had so many swaps in in that the chassis wiring harness was so difficult to work with. I had the engine in there and running beautifully. But I couldn't see RPM's, or any CEL's. I already have everything to do the swap and the knowledge to do it. The only thing that will be different will be the outer axle joints, using GSR ones to keep ABS. I have the full swap just ready to drop as soon as I pull the old engine. The low end torque of the H is beautiful, and I got a great deal on the Euro R engine. Mated to my USDM OBD1 H22A1 trans, it works out well.

Not a problem at all. Like I said, I'm open to input. All, unneccesary and criticism is welcome.

Now the B20 turbo is nice, my roommate had it in a EK hatch, but we pulled the engine drunk and threw in a GSR. Point being, I don't have a B20, nor a B trans, nor turbo kit.

The Euro R is actually pretty cool, it was a couple which came with a F20B. The wagon form, with a H23A. DOHC VTEC 2.3l. It's essentially a P13 head, on a 2.3l bottom end. So in reality, a H23 did come VTEC form as OEM.

Well the Euro R is coming out of the EG hatch and going into my DC. I got a white EF to beat around in until everything is good and running. Starting pulling the swap, and it's been in a front end accident. The headlights were held together with some nasty trash glue **** and look like hell. Fortunately, one of my ex roommates left a set! I also went to the pawn today, but closed. Pics soon, I promise!
