Need Help TPS 04 EX V6

Yesterday my 04 V6EX 6 speed started to buck, today it still bucks and I am getting the P2138 code (TPS). ANyone know what else to do other than changing the TPS? The car only has 34K on it....Thanks!

Isn't it still under the 3 year/36,000 miles warranty?

Yes, it is until July 07....Will I still have to pay for diagnostics or labor from dealer?

You shouldn't, unless the dealer is being a jerk. Don't clear the code out before you bring it in.

Is the TPS covered under warranty?

I don't see why not. You had a Check Engine Light with the code, right? Go for it.
