Default Tein HA height adjustment and fender clearance

Height adjustments:

Does anyone know the thread setting for the Tein HA's for any particular drop height for the front and rear of a 4th gen?
If so, please specify the drop amount as close as possible and the thread count from the bottom of the lock collar perch to the end of the bottom thread.

Fender clearance:

1) How much fenderwell gap clearance do I need with Tein Ha's to clear suspension travel while street driving???

I have 20mm wheel spacers on all (4) corners so the wheel sticks out of the fender, so I need to know considering the stiff springs the HA's have (12 front and 8 rear), how much room do I need without majorly rubbing the fender?

2) Is a 1" gap enough or do I need more for travel???

I have to keep the spacers on due to my setup, so there is no option in removing them.

Thanks so much for the help!!!!
