As some of you may know, I have a Tahitian Green Pearl CRX. I'm doing full body work to it right now and putting on a JDM front end. When it comes time to paint I'd like to make it look OEM but still have a touch of custom to it. Like make the paint really rich and deep like a Lamborghini. Anyways are there any shades of green/blue that you think I should consider for my car? Or something I should do to the TGP to make it look a little different?

 

I would stick with the stock color. If you want a deep/wet look, I would suggest getting a good paintjob done. I use PPG base/clear and painting stock colors and comparing them to a factory painted car, there is no comparison in the rich deep finish.

 

Check out color swatches from SAAB and BMW at your local automotive paint supplier. Good Luck.

galapagos green is off the element primarly
or go with the duller green on the toyota highlander... i think it's call evergalde green metallic

 

Ford's truck and SUV line also has some very nice greens.
