water temperature

What is the normal range of the water temperature on a 25-30 degrees C day just cruising around. Mine was ranging from high 80's to high 90's degrees C.

Mine was 95 degrees at it's highest point the other day while running the crap out of the car tuning the Power FC.

Seems like mine was running a bit high considering I was just cruising on a hot sunny day. Is there a way to lower the water temp?

flush the radiator, use more water than antifreeze and some water wetter. Coolant has antiboil and anti rust properties as well as anti freeze properties but does NOT cool as well as water.
