Seems to me like you wanna actually replace parts inside the trans... It'd be easier just to get an rsx-s, 07 civic si, or tsx 6-speed tranny and replace the whole unit. Maybe more expensive, but definitely easier. If you're mechanically inclined and ambitious you might even be able to do it yourself.

I'm familiar w/ the topic over at EOC...it's only about $100 in parts to do the conversion. It's the labor that kills the cost if you can't do it yourself.

There's a great write up on it and I'm sure that there is someone competent enough on this board in your area to give you a hand. I'd post something up in the tech forum to see if anyone can help. Good luck, it's a great mod for the E.
