Default HELP! Someone broke into my car

... and they stole my subs. I know this isn't the appropirate forum, but I know this one gets the most traffic. So if the mod's could just let it sit for a day or two that would be greatly appreciated.

They smashed my driver window and jacked my subs only, weird I suspect someone that lives close or has heard me drive around. I dont even bump it that much. Anyways it was two 12" audiobahns with a noname silver amp on the back.

I did have an alarm, just a very basic one though.

Yeah, I agree that this sucks. But what do you want us to do?

Be happy they weren't real thieves, or they woulda jacked the car (that probably has no alarm).

It's very easy to break the window and pop the trunk, all you need is a breaker bar - ****, you can do it w/ a rock or brick - so it's probably local that heard you "bumping."

How do you suggest we help you though? You want us to look for 2 12" audiobahn speakers? They're not that rare. Somebody probably has 'em up on ebay or they're in somebody else's car by now.

You probably know the person - I wouldn't be surprised.

Yea i actually think is my neighbor, but the purpose of this post is to just have people aware I believe if you are to find stolen things, you need to try and find it ASAP. So just for today and tomorrow I was hoping for extra eyes and ears... thats all.

Most likely it's someone you know since you claim you keep it on the down low and don't bump it up much. As stated above, a real thief would have taken the whole car. Just get a better alarm and call it good
