i recently put a 98 swap into my ef sedan. its a pretty weird combo that i have going on to save gas! 1998 dx motor, 91 auto tranny, 91 dual fuel injection (old skool!!!), ac sys, etc. the motor cranks and runs excellent. a true gas sipper!!!

now, i went to hook up the tranny cable to the shifter, got everything complete; went inside to start the car and it was dead. all of the lights work and everything else on the car is functionalble and the worst thing is when i try and take the key out of the ignition, it wont release it. the only way to get it out is to un-hook the cables from the battery. so is there anything i need to go back over to help me out of this situation?
