Hi guys, anyone running stock ITR springs, on their LS integra? By what Ive read they'll only drop the car by .5-.75 " which is perfect for what Im looking for. Also, does anyone know the difference in valving between the two cars? Im just wondering if it'd be okay to run them with the stock Ls struts. Mine are only 80K old, so theyre fresh. Any thoughts are appreciated. I've search a few different times, came up with a lot of info, but not exactly what I was looking for. Thanks again

 

Just get a full set of ITR struts and springs, don't forget the lcas. But that way you get the most performance out of them.

 

yeah that would be the best. That way down the road I could run bilstein sports as well.
I'm wondering though, how much damping difference there is between the stock ls and stock ITR shocks. Theres only 20 in/lb difference between the two, so Im guessing not a lot difference in damping.

 

on my 94 rs I'm using stock itr sway bars, struts, springs. I like them handles good and gives a good ride

Is it a noticeable difference? I know the sway makes a huge difference, I have one, but what about the struts and springs? Are they worth buying used or would it be more efficient to just go with some omnipowers?
