HELP! My seatbelt retracks during braking

I own a 90 Integra LS coupe. When I brake kinda hard, the auto seatbelt retract for a second and then return to my shoulders. This only happens to the driver side. Can anybody help me solve this problem?

dude just go to the dealer and have them replace the seatbelt...its the law so...thats all i can think of.
