Default rolling a fender?

im a noob. and im wondering. i hear folks rolling there fenders. how do u do that? i noticed that they do that only to tuck the wheel in more. correct? anyways. thanks for looking.

Actually, the purpose of rolling the fenders is so that it won't rub up against your tires. Gives additional clearance for the lowered cars especially for those who install the camber kits because it eliminatates the negative camber and therefore pushes the upper portion of the tire out causing it to rub.

TireRack.com sells a fender roller for like 300. You could roll your fenders and charge other people to do theirs.

300 is kinda pricey if you are only going to use it once.

What you need is the louiville slugger and a towel.

Seriously though you can do it with a baseball bat. Prop the bat between the tire and the fender with the towel inbetween so you dont mar your paint. You may need to jack the car up a bit to do this.

Then use the bat to "roll" or really "fold" the fender edge up

Take your time because you really dont get to re-do it if you make a mistake.

The fender rolling tool I'm positive is easier to you and produces better results. This is more fun and essentially free

Theres a bunch of posts about doing this with fancy pictures and better explanations and crap too.

I rented mine for 40 bucks and a 200 dollar deposit, which i obviously got back lol
go to ur local tire store or soemthing, like 3 of em near me have one in ontario.
