Default Dyno day

Some of you may know today was dyno day. This may get moved cause its not exactly ALL MOTOR friendly due to the fact theres no pertaining question answer type of discussion like all the "which header, cams, IM, buttplug threads" we see daily.
Anyways on to my dyno day. I baselined at 240 or so which was my new PB. I was using my old JUN 3 program and the AF ratios were solid throughout.
So the first thing I did was change the exhaust cam advancing it 1 degree. We dynoed, it made more power. Then I decided to advance the intake cam, hit the rollers, lost power. I think at this point I was around 245 or so. My memory is no good.
Then we took the intake cam back to its original settings and we started playing with the timing. We added 2 degrees, the car made more power about 247 peak. We decided to add another 2 degrees the car made more power.
Then I remember an old wise man once told me the secret range for timing so we pulled 6 degrees out of the timing map at high RPM, what do you know, we made more power and gained TQ.
At this point my goal was within reach. I was shooting for anything above 250WHP and I was at 248, 249 or so. Finally I was getting a little frustrated so I decided to call it a day. I actually made 250 in one run and it was a spike at the end of the run but I didnt look too closely at it and I didnt print it out. The graph I have is from the last run of the day where the HP spike wasnt as high as the peak HP showed in the graph at 9500.
I wont make any excuses but I think the car is a legit 250WHP car due to the fact I was running back to back to back runs. On an LS we dynoed we kept making back to back runs and finally let it cool down for 10 min or so and it gained 7WHP and 7FT LBS of TQ. I hope to hit the dyno again with a different intake manifold to see if I can shatter my new PB HP mark.
Before any one asks the setup is:
85mm
GSR stroke
Wiseco pistons 13:1 (havent CCd the chambers)
IB originally ported head and then FIXED by the great BRAD Z at RLZ engineering
Skunk Pro 2 cams (originally degreed in 0IN, +4EX then changed) 0IN, +5EX
RMF header
JG sheetmetal IM
70mm TB
3" short ram BPI inducted
P28 Crome tuned
Turboedit datalogged
C12 gas

i would love to hit woodburn. i have 3 vacations scheduled so thats going to put a huge dent in my wallet. dont know if ill make woodburn or not. going to the coast, alaska and vegas.
we have some footage of the car on the dyno but i dont think a regular recorder picks up VTEC crossover. when VTEC transition occurs the noise gets rediculous.
since i havent drove the car since last yr i forgot how loud the damn thing was.

I didn't get any pics of the IM.
1 2 NV might have one, if not you can search for it under JG.
