need help my integra 90 Ls got a cel and the code is 43 it bilk 4 time slow and 3 times fast and having idle problem any help thank

 

i have a 91 ls and its throwing the same code. #43 is fuel system supply. i havent figured it ou tyet my car sat for a couple months before i put the motor back in it. i always thought that it was just because of the old gas in it but i have put about a 1000 miles on it now and the code wont go away. its also throwing a vcc speed sensor code but i have no clue about that
