Default Integra running too lean or too rich- Code 45

I did two things on Friday- Installed a Greddy Evo II Catback and replaced the pre-cat O2 sensor for my 96 GSR. Everything seemed fine, but today on the way home, I got a CEL. Pulled the code, came with a code 45. Would this be a problem related to my oxygen sensor, or would it deal with the fact that I got a new exhaust? Only thing I can figure out is that I had to cut the wires, and connect the new sensor to the old connector (didn't get a direct OE replacement). Any suggestions?

Did you have a CEL code prior to putting on the next exhaust system? If not, then its because of the installation of your new exhaust system, you'll have to redo the o2 sensor connection, then reset the ecu.

Thanks for the reply. No, I did not have the CEL before the exhaust. Was I supposed to reset the ECU after I changed the O2 sensor? So, just check the connections on the O2 sensor, reset ecu, and all should be well?
