My sister has a bone stock 99 si. There is not a thing done to it. Her clutch is about gone and it needs to be replaced. There are no plans to modify the the engine in any way so I was wondering what would be the best clutch for the car? Looking to buy a new clutch not a used si, ctr, or anything like that.

Exedy/daiken makes a lot of the factory clutches for hondas and carries a lifetime warranty on all their products and has an excellent customer support and is one of the premier lines of performance clutches and flywheels.
I got my exedy oem replacement with a fidanza 8lb flywheel for $180 from gripforce clutches on Ebay. I got in in 3 days, I could IM the seller and got feedback instantaneously from his employees. They even offered a guide for me for free on installing it on my transmission.
It grips better than Oem, has a clean clutch engagement and has been working great for 10,000 miles since I put it on. I expect to get 30,000 more miles out of it. If I don't swap my motor by then.

7lbs isn't too light. You just have to learn how to drive a lightened flywheel.
There's arguments on benefits and disadvantages with light flywheels for track use and turbos, but most of it is nonsense to me. Light flywheel is better all around IMO. Especially for a street car.

Is this her daily driver? If yes, then just replace her clutch. Do her a favor and don't make it "better" - just make it work like it used to.

Yeah the car is just her daily driver will never see the track or even a street race. Unfortunatley it even sits on 19"s. Yeah Ive tried and she loves them but hey its not mine. So anyway are you guys not suggesting to replace the flywheel at all. I always was told you would be dumb not to replace the flywheel if you have the tranny apart.

Yep, most shops will charge you peanuts to resurface it.
