Sup all.. well recently.. my stock head unit screen just went completely blank while I was driving.. Im not sure what caused it to do so but what i noticed was the lights of the head unit was still on (amber) but the screen was not. I also noticed a blinking light on the top right corner of the head unit which said Anti-theft.. So I assumed it was some sort of security mechanism.. I tried calling Honda but all the service tech told me was " I heard of this before, the head unit is bad/defective" So thats what I assumed, I went out and bought a new head unit installed it and same ****. In both cases with both stock and aftermarket head unit, it seemed like it was getting power but the screen didnt turn on. Both units were still able to eject CD's but no screen. I thought maybe a bad fuse? I checked them and they were all good.. so im here scratching my head trying to figure it out, anyone else have a similiar experiance? Thanks in advance.

I drive an 2004 ap2, not sure if there was a difference in terms of wiring harness from the AP1 to the AP2's..
