I just got a replacement 6CD changer radio. It came from my friend's 2000 Honda Accord EX. To my dismay, he was unable to locate the paper that has the code printed on it. Here's the info from the unit:

If you need anything else, such as the VIN, just let me know. Going to the dealer for something as simple as this seems like a waste of time. I appreciate your assistance.

only the dealer is going to be able to give you the code

 

The dealer has to look it up and put their SSN to get it.

I can't imagine it's that far to a dealer in CA
