Default H22 EGR to 1994 Civic DX ej1 wiring confusion / question

Ok i am well into my h22 into a 94 civic swap. Just have a question i hope someone can clear up. I have been reading the main h22 swap thread and im just a little puzzled. I used this chart ( http://www.ff-squad.com/technet/wiring.obd1.htm ) to find out what the pinouts are actually for. Here is the EGR wiring info i am also using.
EGR lift valve solenoid
(The connector colors, From left to right) BLK/YEL and RED

Sensor Voltage - BLK/YEL - goes to A25
ECU trigger - RED - goes to A11.

EGR Lift Sensor (the actual EGR on the intake manifold)
(The connector colors, From left to right) WHT/BLK, GRN/WHT, and RED/WHT

ECU trigger - WHT/BLK - goes to D12
Sensor ground - GRN/WHT - goes to D22
Sensor voltage - RED/WHT - goes to D19 or D20

Solenoid Sensor Voltage goes to A25 but A25 already has a Yellow with Black striped wire there. The pinout chart says A25 is a power source so i think i am good. Do i just splice into that wire? or Remove that wire and repin it directly from the Solenoid
Ecu Trigger to A11 is clear and good to go with an empty slot.
Lift sensor ECU trigger to D12 is also good to go with an empty slot.
The Sensor Ground goes to D22. A Green wire with a white stripe already exist. Chart says D22 is a sensor ground. Suppose to be for EGR or used for something else? Splice into it? or remove it and repin?
Sensor Voltage is suppose to go to either D19 or D20. Both slots already have a wire. The chart says D19 is Sensor Voltage for MAP and D20 is Sensor Voltage for TPS. what do i do here?

I hope this was not confusing. I also hope someone who has wired EGR or someone who knows what is to be done can help me out here. Thanks to anyone who can provide something

All the wire does is provide the voltage to the sensor, not take the reading. A25 should be the correct one. It is 12volt, the other two are 5volt.
