Does anyone know this guy? I saw him today on buttermilk pike in northern ky. It has yellow rims, I think he turned on i75 south. This prolly isn't the right place to post this but I really don't hang out in the civic thread that much. So sry to the mods if this has to be moved or deleted. I am peretty much new to the area and wanted to see what was up.
