ACCORD MOTOR SWAP

I DID A SWAP ON MY 94 ACCORD F22 FOR F22 THE MOTOR CRANK BUT WILL NOT START I CHECKED, I GOT FUEL AND SPARK IS It CAUSE I GOT A AUTO MOTOR IN A MANUAL SHOULD I CHANGE DA HARNESS

If you have fuel and spark there's no reason the motor shouldn't run....check your fuel pressure and ignition timing, go from there.
