Default Where should i start?

i have a 95 integra GSR and want to do an all motor build up. the motor is still in the car and is a daily driver. i have a 2001 gsr head that i got for free but not sure who i should send it to to get the work done.

well if you have an extra head start there. Send it out to portflow of somewhere like that get some opinons on who is the best then buy a valvetrain and some cams.

who is "portflow" and where are they located? Do they have a site?

portflow looks reputable thanks! My budget is moderate i go to college part-time and work at a honda dealership full-time i have enough to get some head work done but i dont know where to look for bottom end work.
