Has been cleaned, surfaced and has a fresh 3 angle valve job, Comes with .5mm oversized ferrea stainless steel valves, and rocket motorsports dual valve springs and titainum retainers, all parts are brand new and have zero miles. is it a complete head minus the assembly

are they the first gen or sec. gen springs and retainers?

Yes all machine work is done on the head. They are the gen 2 spec springs, head is complete except for valve stem seals. Call me at 843 452 4590 if you are serious about picking this thing up this weekend
