Default spark plugs for high compression?

Hey which spark plugs should i get with this setup? I was thinking stock z6 but I don't know the rule of thumb with high compression.

sohc ZC bottom end
z6 head

I'm not sure of this but with the compression calculators it says I'm going to get 12 to 1 because of the zc pistons. I'm not going to be able to check this out becasue i don't have a gauge for it.

For my setup I use the stock NGK BKR6E-11 plugs.
I have about 12.2:1 compression, and it works well.
