Default Super leakage, oil and coolant...HELP!!!

I just replaced my head gasket. Also replace the intake manifold gasket. After i put everything back together, i see coolant leaking from the intake mani and the head cylinder. And also there is oil leaking between the block and head (right under the same leak as the coolant). Anyone know the cause of this??? Could this be cause of bad head bolts???

Where the bolts stretched? You can tell by looking at the threads. Did you get the head resurfaced while it was off? Checked for warpage? Torqued down all the bolts down in the correct sequence to the right value? All those could be reasons for it to still be leaking. I'm sure there are also other possibilities, but those are some.

GRRRR, found out that my gasket was upside down. But could that also be why coolant was leaking from where it was???
