Napa is probably better than Autozone, and I have a ton of Autozone and Advance Discount auto parts installed. Never a problem with any of their parts except the crappy reman axles.

Around 80K miles ago I installed their cap, rotor, plugs (changed since), wires, coil, ignitor, fuel filter, assesory belts, brake pads, brake MC, brake rotors, hoses, thermostat, battery, gound wires, PCV valve, A/C compressor, drier, expansion valve, A/C conversion kit, 134a refridgerant and a few more odds and ends. Never had one part fail yet except for those crappy reman axles.

And don't get me started on my Ebay list, lol, but they are all quality name brands. Proof is in the puddin, NO FAILURES after 75K miles on any of those parts. I still average 32 mpg and idle at a rock solid 750 with over 303K miles on the odometer. It still pulls decent to redline and doesn't burn or use oil except for a little puff at startup after it sits for a few days. And thats just valve seals which is totally expected for the mileage and age. Castrol GTX FTW!!
